I made my way through and out of boot camp. It wasn’t really that hard but we ended up being one of the worst divisions in ten years by our score. I’m going to be a petty officer as soon as I finish the next two schools over the course of 10 weeks. I live in Groton, CT now, I love New England and it’s making me pick up a New Jersey accent lol.

All of the things in that title are things that have happened since my last blog post. It’s been awhile and I’ve been pretty busy but I’m back, kind of like Ja Rule lol. Anyway there’s a lot of new photography that’ll be taken later and a new camera too! Me dad recently got me the EOS Rebel T2i as a going away present! August 23rd I’ll be going to boot camp so there will be a 2 month dead period on my blog while I go through basic training. Anyway, here’s some stuff I’ve done since my last blog post:

Last night was the first lunar eclipse to occur on the winter solstice in over 400 years. Below are the pictures I got:

Like Whoopi Goldberg I’m straight but feel that gays should have the right to marry. The ninth circuit of California is discussing allowing prop-8 to stand in their county. Don’t let California fall back into the dark ages again, if you live or know somebody who lives in the ninth district then tell them to call in and make sure prop-8 stays out of marriage!

We’ve all seen the hate spewed from the leaders of the Republican party numerous times, but here’s what a Republican I know has to say about gay marriage. This kind of thing is really unAmerican.

“Uhh  LMFAO.  Gays and lesbians do have marriage equality.  They can marry anyone of the opposite sex that they chose, same as me.  How many times do we need to go over this?  They don’t want equal rights.  They want extra rights.  F*CK THEM!”

So, as a result I’ve been spreading this message around. There has been a rash of suicides due to the bullying of gays and lesbians around America. This kind of thing shouldn’t stand. We’re a nation of equality. We got civil rights for African Americans and we’ll get them for gays too. Whoopie Goldberg joined Fight Back New York, a group that has been the main group involved in getting two anti-gay senators voted out of office. This is the new civil rights movement, help your friends, help your fellow Americans.

Hey everybody, I just got back from MEPS. After my third visit, held over to my fourth visit to MEPS, I finally got a job, a really nice job. I’m not going to tell what it is publicly yet because I don’t know what the rules on that are but I will tell you that I’ll be on a submarine.
