My cover of the Thunderstruck intro.
Sorry about the stupid mark over the video, got a free converter and it put that crap there. I was playing an Ibanez ART300 through a Boss ME-20 effects board into a Raven 20 Watt amp.
We bought two guitars from an auction yesterday, one was a Hohner and the other is an unknown classical guitar. The Hohner has amazing sustain and a beautiful tone. It is a Les Paul Custom copy from the lawsuit era of 1969 and 1970. It is similar to my Ibanez except for the tuning knobs and the volume/tone knobs. I’m going to post pictures of both guitars so that you can have a good feel for what they look like. Both sound amazing, but the Ibanez has a neck problem, so it doesn’t have the same kind of sustain.
I decided to not stick the Ibanez next to it because I deleted the picture, oops.
Recorded February 24th and I used my new Boss ME-20 guitar effects board. That thing is amazing, a ton of different settings. Hope you like the solo!!!

Dad did a cover of the Thin Lizzy song Emerald. Sounds amazing, he used an Epiphone (not sure what model) and a Raven RG-20 twenty watt amp.

I asked dad to take a picture of me for the new site. I’m going to feature my brother Zane and I on the site as a Tenacious D tribute band lol. We’re still thinking of a name.
A cover of a Tenacious D song… interesting? My brother Zach recorded this while I recorded this and my brother Zane sang. We would have sounded better (I didn’t know all of the exact chords) if we weren’t such dorks. We threw this together in 5 minutes and I played the chords by ear. It’s fairly easy to play; a four chord composition. We don’t have a name for the band yet, we’re working on that…
