Should I start with the good news or the bad? Well I lost my Adobe programs so there will be no new creations or tutorials for a while, at least until I get them back. I did, however, make a wish list online at Hot Topic. I see a lot of people posting their wish lists and everything places so I’ll post mine here, everyone must buy me one thing, muhahaha (just kidding). I don’t know, I felt left out so my blog is going to have a wish list too. You’ll find my musical tastes, which vary from metal to classical, throughout the wish list. Here’s the link to my wish list: http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/wishlist/My-WishList.jsp
I got bored and decided to make a twitter background in Photoshop for my brother @dudemister91, check it out!
I made this in Photoshop CS4 off of some inspiration Luke Marohn, my partner at LukemDesigns, shared. Below will be a link to his speed design, something I was too lazy to do this time. If you don’t like it, well negative comments will make me cry, just kidding. Constructive criticism is welcome. Also, this wasn’t made from a tutorial.
Last time you saw The Host. This time I recreated Sarah. It never did get posted on the site, I’ll choose to be optimistic and say it hasn’t been posted yet, but I made this one because they’re fun to recreate and people are impressed by it. This piece was made in Photoshop CS4, with the pen tool and some shape selections. I’m learning how to use Illustrator and it’s going okay, I just have an old version. Anyway, comment and tell me what you think! Maybe I’ll post a tutorial sometime. You can find the original here. I need to post more links so you know from other ones that the original was done by D.C. Turner, an amazing artist, and I’m just doing recreations. The link above links to the site with his work on it, but here it is again: http://stormmovie.net .
Have a new desktop and monitor setup to put my copy of the Adobe Design Suite on it.
