So Zach (Rurounizakku) and Zane (Vidmister91) have their fitness channels, so this blog will be my multipurpose blog, it’ll cover design tutorials and my fitness practices for getting into shape for the Navy Seals. So today I decided to do the P.I.G (Pain Is Good) workout with Zach and Zane. Since I workout a lot I decided to take it a step further and double everything they did. All told I did 168 push ups, 100 jumping jacks, 60 crunches, ran two miles, and 30 four count scissor kicks and 30 leg lifts. So now the important question, What Do I Want? I want to sleep for 20 hours and wake up to two amps and my girlfriend visiting, I might get the sleep. The main thing that kept me going throughout the whole process was OS2 Clayborn and EM2 Thompson telling us to keep pushing and keep trying during the Naval PT meetings. Next week I have MEPS if I’m cleared to go, I had dental work done a while ago and had to take two pain pills to cut down on the agony. I hope to get some videos up soon and also get some tutorials up hopefully tonight for XHTML and CSS. The music I listened to varies vastly depending on what I was doing. For the P.I.G workout I didn’t listen to music, for the running it was Bullet for my Valentine and for the walk afterwards to keep from cramping it was Eminem and DMX.
