Navy Seal Preparation – Day Two

I’m going to be really disappointed if they decide not to use me for the Navy Seals because I’ve been preparing a lot. I’m supposed to go out to the pool for swimming practice soon, they also have a personal trainer coming down to help us in PT. Today I did the normal amount of exercises for the P.I.G workout so everything I did last night was cut in half. I have to work for the next four days so I don’t know how much time I’ll have to do the P.I.G workout since it takes about an hour to complete. I start school next month (senior year) but I only go a half day so my schedule will really open up compared to what it is now. I get my license in October but I don’t think a car is anywhere in the near future. Anyway I think I did well tonight, you’ll see a video of us working out on my brothers’ Youtube accounts, the links are all around this website. Subscribe to their Youtube channels. A big problem with working out lately has been my back, it has been hurting  more lately because of the working out. I’ve been enjoying Gatorade because, well, Gatorade is the stuff man. Leave comments about how your working out is going, I’ll post the video my brothers’ videos up here later.

Energy Drinks

Well a lot of people know now that I’ve decided to drink fewer energy drinks because it’s just a healthier decision. My friend Sydney, I’m proud of her, she didn’t have any yesterday, even if it’s just because she forgot to put one in the fridge lol. I found a guy online who will turn to dust soon, here’s a picture of his collection:

Collection

My friend Sydney’s collection is below along with a picture with a 24 oz. Monster can next to her head for comparison. I’ll include the number of cans I had last week right before I decided to quit drinking them. The total for Sydney last week was 9, I had ten. There are some missing from my picture because I can’t keep the cans I drink at work and I accidentally forgot I was keeping some of the cans and threw away some while I was out.

Sydney with a 24 ounce MonsterEveryone at the local recruitment office drinks energy drinks. I never knew how many people actually drink them until I paid attention. There are places around town that sell Monsters and Red Bulls but not soda. I have to say Rockstar and No Fear energy drinks are the worst things I have ever tasted but Monster, Amp, and Red Bull are some of the best. My superior Petty Officer Denton drinks Strike, which apparently can’t be sold within 100 meters of a school. Well tell me below in the comments what kind of energy drinks you guys like and how many you drink in a week, I’m curious to know. In the picture below Sydney drank around 28 energy drinks in two weeks. That’s about two a day, about what I drank. The problem I’ve come across with energy drinks is what they do to your body and digestive track. As soon as I stopped drinking them I was fine, but before my body didn’t feel as well. My boss is another person who drinks a lot of energy drinks. He drinks about four a day. He and his wife pay about 20 bucks for a 12 pack. Saying that brings up another problem with energy drinks, they’re expensive. A 4 pack of Redbull costs 6 bucks, a 12 pack of Redbull costs 20 bucks, it’s crazy.

I’ll post my picture of my collection when I get back from dinner and working out, It’s not as impressive as hers but I’ll outlive her anyway lol.
